How far in advance do I have to book?
There is no set time frame to reserve your appointment. Please call us at 1-800-494-2417 to inquire about availability.
What's the minimum age for spa admission?
Kids under 12 are not recommended. Minors must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Can I pay with cash?
We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and our Gift Certificates. Payment is due in full at time of service. Gratuities are at your discretion and are graciously accepted by our talented team of professionals.
What do I do if I need to cancel an appointment?
In order to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must call SpaWagon during business hours (8am-8pm) or email us at email@example.com. Please note that all messages left after 8PM will not be checked until the following day. All deposits are non-refundable.
Do I need prior consultation?
Check with a doctor before use if pregnant, in poor health or under medical care.
How do I book an appointment with the massage therapist?

Can I lunch in Spa?
You are welcome to bring a light snack, but please refrain of bringing food inside the steam room. You can enjoy your snack in the lounge room.
Can I consume alcoholic bevarages inside?
Persons under the influence of alcohol are not allowed in the sauna.
